The customer has the right to terminate from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, starting from the reception of the order confirmation email sent by Carreda and no later than thirty (30) days from delivery date of the product to the address indicated for delivery. Full proof of reception is the date shown on the delivery note. The customer can exercise the right of termination by replying to the order confirmation email or through specific communication (including indication of the recipient's details, the order's number and the delivery date) to be sent to customercare@carreda.com from the same email address used to place the order. If the product has already been delivered, the customer is compelled to return it to Carreda. The deadline for returning the product is thirty days from the delivery date of the products themselves or delivery to the address indicated in the order confirmation. For the purposes of the deadline, the product is considered returned when it is delivered to the post office and / or to the accepting courier. If there has been delivery of the product, the substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of termination. The customer must send the product properly packaged, Carreda does not accept damaged returns, but kept in a normal state of conservation, kept with the use of normal diligence. Products damaged by detergents / additives will not be replaced or refunded, the products must be clean, free of scratches, damages, dents, abrasions, the products must be returned in the original packaging with the accessories, components and illustrative materials contained in the original packaging, if not, Carreda will return the product to the address indicated in the order confirmation at shipment expenses of customers charge. The risks of transport for the return of the products are fully borne by the customer. Carreda offers its clients the possibility to return products free of charge through the indicated courier, if the returned product is returned using a different courier, all shipping costs are charged to the customer. If the customer exercises the right of termination in accordance with the provisions of these conditions of sale, Carreda will refund the expenses paid by the customer. The refund will be made, free of charge, within fourteen days from the date on which Carreda physically receives the product. The right of termination regulated by these conditions of sale does not apply to customized goods or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. If the product has manufacturing defects that go beyond any discrepancies due to manual and artisan processing such as bubbles, imperfections in shapes, colors and painting or small scratches, Carreda will replace it free of charge with an identical product, except in case of unavailability or discontinued production of the product itself. In the latter case, Carreda will refund the price of the product to the customer.
