4.  Order reception

Any order confirmation signed by the validation click constitutes an irrevocable commitment of the customer that can be called into question only in the cases provided for by this contract in the articles "Right of termination".

5.Order approval

The conclusion of the contract takes place only upon confirmation of the order by Carreda. The customer will receive by e-mail a notification of receipt showing the order confirmation with all the constituent elements of the contract (including products ordered, prices, delivery dates, any shipping costs). Carreda reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason relating in particular to a product supply problem, or a problem concerning the order received. Carreda cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the customer. Furthermore, Carreda cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the products after delivery to the courier responsible for their transport as well as for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.

6. Availability of products

The offers contained on this site are valid as long as the products listed remain online and while stocks last. Carreda also reserves the right to notify the customer, at the email address associated with his profile, of any unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. 7. Prices

8. Payment

9. Transfer of Risks

The transfer of risks to the customer takes place upon delivery of the products to the courier by Carreda. In the termination period referred to in Article 13, the customer is responsible for the object as custodian. In case of damage or destruction of the product during the custody of the customer, the latter will suffer all the consequences.

10. Order fulfillment

The order will be processed upon acceptance of the order by Carreda within 48 hours and in any case within 14 days following the confirmation of the order subject to the availability of the product ordered and unless specifically agreed between the parties. In case of out of stock or unavailability of the ordered product, Carreda undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to specify a possible term for renewed availability. See Article 6 regarding the availability of products.

11. Delivery

The geographical area of delivery corresponds to the geographical area covered by the offer. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (including Saturday morning). The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery is intended on the street level. Carreda does not provide the installation service of the products sold. Carreda, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 6, undertakes to deliver the products to the address communicated by the customer in the purchase order, through the courier responsible for transporting them. Carreda cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the customer. Furthermore, Carreda cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred to the products after delivery to the courier responsible for transporting them as well as for delays in delivery attributable to the latter. Delivery is made by couriers selected by Carreda, post office boxes only are not considered valid addresses for delivery purposes. The delivery document issued by the courier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery of the product, will constitute proof of transport and release of the goods. Upon delivery, the customer must check the content, compliance and status of the product or products. In the event of delays, breakdowns, total or partial losses or other problems, the customer has the right to appeal to the courier without Carreda's responsibility ever being taken into consideration. 12. Collection of products in case of absence of the customer

The courier makes two delivery attempts for each shipment, in the event that, on the second attempt, the recipient will still be absent, the shipment is kept in storage at the competent office in the area, in this case the Carreda customer service will contact the customer in order to release the stock and ensure that the delivery takes place as soon as possible, if this attempt is not successful, the purchased product is returned to Carreda and after fourteen days from the date on which the product was returned to Carreda , the contract is considered terminated and the purchase order cancelled. Carreda will then reimburse the amount paid by the user, except the costs of unsuccessful product delivery as well as the costs of returning the product to Carreda and storage costs. 13. Right of termination

The customer has the right to terminate from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, starting from the reception of the order confirmation sent by Carreda and no later than thirty (30) days from reception of the product at the address indicated for the delivery. Full proof of reception is the date shown on the delivery note. The customer can exercise the right of termination by replying to the order confirmation email or through specific communication (including indication of the recipient's details, the order number and the date of reception) to be sent to the customercare@carreda.com from the same email address used to place the order. If the product has already been delivered, the customer is required to return it to Carreda. The deadline for returning the product is thirty days from the date of reception of the products themselves or delivery to the address indicated in the order confirmation. For the purposes of the deadline, the product is considered returned when it is delivered to the post office and / or accepting courier. If there has been delivery of the product, the substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of termination. The customer must send the product properly packaged, Carreda does not accept damaged returns, but kept in a normal state of conservation, kept with the use of normal diligence. Damaged products by detergents / additives will not be replaced or refunded, the products must be clean, free of scratches, damages, dents, abrasions, the products must be returned in the original packaging with the accessories, components and illustrative materials contained in the original packaging, if not, Carreda will return the product to the address indicated in the order confirmation phase at the customer expenses. The risks of transport for the return of the products are fully borne by the customer. Finally, some products have an extended warranty. In these cases, the terms and duration of the guarantee are specified in the guarantee certificate delivered with the product. The latter does not cover damage, breakages or malfunctions due to failure to comply with the precautions for use. To activate the guarantee, the customer returns the product to Carreda that take charge of the shipping costs, attaching the order confirmation. The product will be replaced with an identical product and sent to the customer at Carreda's expenses, except in case of unavailability or discontinued production of the product itself. In the latter case, Carreda will refund the price of the product to the customer.

15. Use of the website
