We have not been notified of any significant impact on the orders placed due to the measures taken by the government and the relevant authorities. The transport of goods is authorized and has not undergone any changes. The delivery dates could at worst only be slightly delayed.
All the environments inside Carreda are constantly sanitized and hygiene measures have been strengthened. Our logistics department continues to process orders without hindrance by coordinating with our reference couriers.
We inform you that our couriers adopt "contact less delivery" so we invite you to use your writing instruments to sign the transport documents. We will update the information promptly if there will be any updates.

Orders and shipments
Ordering on Carreda is really very simple. After adding all the products you want to the cart, access the cart using the icon at the top right, review the items you have chosen, if you want you can add the gift package option, then click on checkout, register on the site if you have not already done so, then enter your data and contact details for the shipment, choose the shipping method you prefer and go to the payment, choose the payment method you want (you can pay with payment cards, paypal, amazon pay and cash on delivery) click on review the order to check that all data are correct, at this stage you can choose whether to save your data by speeding up the checkout for future purchases and finally complete the order, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of the order.
Once your order is complete, it will no longer be possible to change it, so we recommend that you carefully review the items you are purchasing and your details before proceeding with payment. If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, reply to the order confirmation email that has arrived to you or write to customercare@carreda.com from the same email address used to place the order. Remember that the cancellation cannot be made if the order has already been shipped: in this case you will have to activate the return procedure.

Of course, it is possible to place an order from anywhere you want and enter a shipping address abroad, in this case the costs for shipments abroad will be applied
To check the status of your order, login in my account page at the top right of the homepage and select my orders. Here you can view the list of all your orders and monitor the processing phase relating to those in progress. We will send you the tracking number of the shipment to monitor its status.
For deliveries on Italian territory, delivery times range from 3 to 5 working days. For deliveries beyond the Italian territory, abroad, delivery times range from 10 to 20 working days depending on the destination country.
In all cases you will be sent a tracking number through which you can check the status of the shipment at any time.
From the order confirmation email, Carreda usually fulfill and ship the package within the following 48 hours, barring unforeseen events (visit the dedicated section in the terms and conditions area of our website for more info)
Your order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered via the best couriers available on the market, we will send you the tracking number through which you can check the status of the shipment at any time as soon as your order is entrusted to the courier.
We recommend to always check your order at the moment of delivery. Verify that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note, also check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of signs of forcing or anomalies with respect to the integrity of the content. In case of discrepancy, accept under reserve at the time of signature and write to customercare@carreda.com reporting the delivery details with any photos of the damaged package.
Carreda offers its customers the possibility to wrap the purchased products with the gift package for free. Access the cart at the top right of the homepage and click on add the gift wrapping.
We can also print a customized greeting card, write the contents of the card in the "gift box message here" field, we'll take care of the rest.
Returns and Complaints

You have the option of making a return for free without specifying the reason. You can make the return from the reception of the order confirmation email sent by Carreda and no later than thirty (30) days from reception of the product. If you wish to make a return, reply to the order confirmation email that has arrived or write to customercare@carreda.com from the same email address used to place the order specifying the recipient's details, the order number and the date after receiving the package, our courier will then carry out the product collection, the return shipping costs are charged to Carreda and are not charged to the customer. Attention, the product must be properly packaged, Carreda does not accept damaged returns, but kept in a normal state of conservation, kept with the use of normal diligence. When opening the package we advise you to keep the original packaging intact in order to use the same in case of return. Products damaged by detergents / additives will not be replaced or refunded, the products must be intact, clean, free of scratches, damage, dents, abrasions, the products must be returned in the original packaging with the accessories, components and illustrative materials contained in the original package, if not, Carreda will return the product to the address indicated in the order confirmation phase at the customer's expense. Carreda offers its users the possibility to return products free of charge through the indicated courier, if the returned product is returned using a different courier, all shipping costs are charged to the customer. Once the package has been received, Carreda will refund all amount paid by the customer. The refund will be made, free of charge, within fourteen days from the date on which Carreda physically receives the product. For more information, visit the terms and conditions page of our site. If the product has manufacturing defects that go beyond any discrepancies due to manual and artisanal processing (discrepancies due to manual and artisanal processing may be bubbles, imperfections of shapes, colors and painting or small scratches), Carreda will replace it free of charge with a identical product, except in the event of unavailability or discontinued production of the product itself. In the latter case, Carreda will refund the price of the product to the customer.
The return of one or more products involves a full refund of the cost incurred by the customer. Once the package has been received, Carreda will refund all amount paid by the customer. The refund will be made free of charge within fourteen days from the date on which Carreda physically receives the product.
Carreda quality and trust
Of course, Carreda is committed every day in favor of customers to always offer the best quality of products, Carreda products are made in Italy and in Europe (Germany, France, England, Denmark, Belgium etc.), we are always committed in the search for new items of excellent quality and design, which last over time, for this we can guarantee that each product is original.
In order to guarantee high quality standards, the products are subjected to quality control procedures by Carreda before being shipped. However, in the event of problems, the customer benefits from the legal warranty from the manufacturer. Added to this warranty there is the Carreda "satisfied or reimbursed" warranty, valid for thirty days following delivery, provided that it has been used in a normal and compliant manner. Some products have an extended warranty. In these cases, the terms and duration of the warranty are specified in the certificate delivered with the product. To activate the warranty, the customer returns the product to Carreda, which bears the shipping costs, attaching the original order confirmation, upon written communication to customercare@carreda.com from the email address with which it was placed the order.
