Products damaged by detergents / additives will not be replaced or refunded, the products must be clean, free of scratches, damages, dents, abrasions, the products must be returned in the original packaging with the accessories, components and illustrative materials contained in the original packaging, if not, Carreda will return the product to the address indicated in the order confirmation at shipment expenses of customers charge. The risks of transport for the return of the products are fully borne by the customer. Carreda offers its clients the possibility to return products free of charge through the indicated courier, if the returned product is returned using a different courier, all shipping costs are charged to the customer.
